What is Nocatee?



Nocatee is an extraordinary new town in Northeast Florida just minutes from Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach. Nocatee will provide residents all they need for a full and vibrant life within the town limits – employment, shopping, schools, recreation, and beautiful homes.

When will I be able to buy a home?



The builders plan to start pre-selling homes in late spring or early summer 2006 and closings are expected to begin in early 2007.

When will the road construction be completed?



New roads providing access to the first communities will be completed and open to the public in December 2006. Construction of the new Davis Family Parkway from the Intracoastal Waterway to US1 is expected to be complete by mid-2007.
